#REF displayed in some cells when other cells cut/cleared due to reference.
Cause:
These cells contain formulas that refer to the cells that were cut or cleared.
Solution:
Undo the 'Cut' or the 'Clear' command, or edit the formulas so that they do not refer to the cells to be cut or cleared.
Do one of the following:
1) Undo the last action:
a) Select the 'Edit' menu. (The Edit menu opens.)
b) Select 'Undo Cut' or 'Undo Clear'.
2) Edit the formulas:
a) Select the cell containing a formula to edit.
b) Press F2 to display the formula in the cell.
c) Make the necessary changes in the cell.
d) Repeat steps 2)a) to 2)c) for each of the formulas to be edited.
